From 17 to 19 February 2026, LAUFEN returns to KBIS, North America’s leading kitchen and bath industry show, continuing our dialogue with architects, designers and industry partners.
At KBIS 2026, we will present a coherent vision of the bathroom as an integrated architectural space, where design, materials and technical systems are conceived as a unified whole. Our presence reflects a design oriented and material driven approach, shaped by Swiss precision and long term responsibility.
Material innovation will be at the core of our presentation, with the introduction of VITREON steel, a glazed steel that combines precision, durability and refined surface quality. Alongside it, modular systems such as ARUN and advanced ceramic solutions in Saphirkeramik will illustrate how innovation, functionality and sustainability can coexist within premium bathroom design.

For centuries, light and colour therapy have been used to promote mental and physical wellbeing. The VAL Luminex bathtub integrates these elements seamlessly. However the bathtub’s innovation extends beyond lighting. LAUFEN has developed a new translucent version of Sentec, a mineral casting material. The single-wall construction in this material not only makes the bathtub lighter than traditional double-walled models but also introduces a opportunity to create a striking, fully translucent aesthetic.
